The Rhythm Behind the Work
TheCakeTray opens for about four hours each day, around 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. By then, many customers have already lined up. On many days, batches sell out before every person in line is served.
That scarcity is not a gimmick. It reflects a choice to focus on quality, careful execution, and standards that do not bend for volume.
